Site Preparation

Our bulk earthworks capability covers the full spectrum of site preparation activity — from initial clearing and grubbing through to topsoil stripping, haulage, stockpiling, and placement. We carry out cut-to-fill earthworks and site balancing, structural platform preparation, and site remediation and rehabilitation works, ensuring every site is ready for construction in a controlled, efficient, and compliant manner.

Drainage & Water

Management

Effective drainage is fundamental to every development project we deliver. FGI constructs stormwater drainage networks and pipe systems, open channels, swales and table drains, culverts, flood ways and hydraulic structures, and erosion and sediment control systems. We also deliver water diversion and management infrastructure to support compliant and sustainable site outcomes.

FGI holds both Restricted and Unrestricted Builder's Licences, giving us the capability to deliver a broad range of structural and built environment works.
