Klegecell R
With the newly-enhanced Klegecell R, major improvements in all significant performance areas have been achieved. Its strength and shear properties have been markedly increased as has its ductility thereby making it ideal for applications subject to fatigue, slamming or impact loads. The thermal and dimensional stability of Klegecell R has also been significantly improved. Another major improvement is a 50% reduction in the core’s cell size. Divincell HP
With its 130°C processing temperature, Divinycell HP can be processed at a much higher temperature than other polymer core materials in general use, making it suitable for not only low but also medium temperature prepregs. HP’s elevated temperature performance also extends to the ‘in service’ life of the component. At the same time its strength properties, shear values and dimensional stability are much better than other commonly used ‘elevated temperature’ cores.
